"The Law of Hope states that if you can see it, you can aspire to it." - Quinson Thomas
The Law of Hope states that if you can see it, you can aspire to it. What you hope for sets the standard for the life that you live. You know, many times in life, we can put ourselves in jobs, duties, and obligations that have nothing to do with our life's purpose and nothing to do with where we're going.
And the reason why we do that many times is because we are not applying the law of hope.
Because when we get ourselves into things that are not our life's purpose, we do them because they will help us to make some more money or they will help us to get by, or because they will help us to be liked by everyone around us. But you were never meant to live life on the terms that other people set for you.
You were always meant to live life on the terms that God set for you before the foundation of the world.
You were never meant to be just a follower; you were meant to be a leader. You were never meant to be a slave; you were meant to be a king.
You were never meant to be less than, you were always meant to be more than.
You were never meant to be the tail; you were meant to be the head.
You were never meant to be below; you were always meant to be above. But what happens in life is that if you don't set the standards for your life, somebody else will set the standards for you.
And when other people set the standards for you, you will have to live life living in the standards that other people set instead of in the standards that God had for your life. If you are designed for greater and designed for more, why would you settle for living a life that is below “your more” and “your greater”?
If you were meant to live an extraordinary life, why would you settle for living an ordinary life?
If you were meant to live an exceptional life, why would you settle to live an average life?
