When you’re in that place where you find that you say, “this is what I should spend the rest of my time doing” then you’ve found your God-given sphere or place of influence.
But you may find that you have multiple areas that you find yourself saying “this is what I'm supposed to be doing,” or “this is who I'm supposed to be serving,” and that’s fine.
However, you must discern the operation of these talents and the administration of these talents so that they are effective in impacting the people that you were meant to serve.
Right Relationships always lead to promotion.
Show me a man or a woman that has been promoted, and I will show you a relationship that has led to that promotion.
Show me a man or a woman that has gone to the next level, and I will show you a relationship that has enabled that man or that woman to step it up a notch and go higher. Relationships are the bread and butter of life.
Without relationships, there is no progress.

Relationships are those life-entities that make it possible for you to go from point A to Point B.
