God bless you. This is Prophet Quinson Thomas, and I have the word of the Lord to you for the 18th of February, 2026, in the Mighty name of the Lord Jesus.

As I was praying, the Lord began to share with me that you are to remain determined. Do not look back. Do not acquiesce. Do not throw in the towel. Do not give up.

These are precious times for you.

The Lord says you must be determined, because He is bringing you into green pastures. Just as Scripture declares, “He maketh me to lie down in green pastures” (Psalm 23:2), so He is leading you into a place of provision, stability, and prosperity.

The Lord also reminded me of the phrase, “Set your face like a flint.” This expression carries the connotation of being extremely focused and unwavering. Flint is a type of sedimentary rock formed through layers upon layers of sediment hardening over time, often through water and pressure. It does not become strong all at once but is is hardened through process and persistence.

In the same way, you are to harden your mindset over time. You are to develop firmness of resolve regarding the things God is leading you to do. This is not hardness of heart, but strength of determination. It is consistency. It is follow-through. It is disciplined focus.

You must not look back. Do not turn around. Do not retreat.

1. The Lord Wants You To Remain Determined

The Christian life is the most difficult life to live. Galatians 6:9, however, shares that we are to be determined and purposeful with the work that God has called us to do; not allowing any temptation or an evil mindset to cause us to give in.

Galatians 6:9 (KJV)
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Application: Refuse in this season to give in or acquiesce. Do not worry about how it looks. Follow through, because as I was sharing with you, these are going to be the steps in the right direction that you have literally been praying for.

2. Do Not Look Back

No king likes a coward as a soldier. Luke 9:62 shares with us that no man, putting his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

Luke 9:62 (KJV)
“And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.”

And why is this important? Because there is a process of momentum that has to be carried out for there to be breakthrough in your life. We don't have to go through Newtonian Physics in exhaustive detail to surmise that if you circumvent the process of momentum, you stop the flow of the plans of God from entering into your life, and by extension, the lives of others.

Here's the spiritual framework for your breakthrough: As you draw nigh unto God, God draws nigh unto you. The more that you draw nigh unto God, the more that God draws nigh unto you.

James 4:8 (KJV)
“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.”

This momentum of moving toward God is exactly what is required for that breakthrough from heaven to fully manifest so don't stop the movement. Breakthrough is in close proximity so don't retreat now, or ever!

3. Do Not Acquiesce or Give Up

Hebrews 10:35–36 shares with us the power of confidence in God and the great return of reward that follows our trust in Him. This knowledge is particularly relevant in a world that is antithetical to the plans and edicts of God.

Clear evidence of this is the fact that at times we can find ourselves doing so much but reaping so little even though God has a law of sowing and reaping in place. This sowing and reaping mismatch or incongruence occurs in part because we exist in a fallen world.

But even in these times, The Lord wants us to maintain our convictions in our work, just as The Apostle Paul posited, our labour in the Lord is not in vain. Here's a powerful scripture for today.

Hebrews 10:35–36 (KJV)
“Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.”

Today, The Lord wants you to keep your confidence. Do not allow situations or circumstances to make you feel as if you are not making it or feel that you're getting nowhere. It's the lie that exists in the world, but eventually your breakthrough will locate you. The truth always wins.

Here's an interesting story:

Somewhere between 2009-2013, I was speaking to a group of young men that were assembled at High School's assembly area under a tent. I had been mentioning to them things that God was doing in my life and ministry, and they were taking it all in, but of course, they did not have any real-world results.

Serendipitously, this girl came over to visit her brother, who was among the guys I was speaking to. She was doubled over, and clearly in excruciating pain. I told her, “Let me pray for you,” as I rallied all the young people to gather around to see what God would do.

Similarly, today, the Lord wants you to follow through. You have to set things up and make all preparations for the breakthrough so that when it comes, everybody will benefit from it.

So I prayed for her. “Lord, she has a stomach ache. Lord, let this leave her. Heal her body.

When I was finished praying, nothing happened. And all of the young men started laughing. Echoes of their laughter reverberated throughout the area under the tent where we were.

But I did not give up.

At that point, in my spirit, I heard the Lord saying that when man says it is impossible, God says it is possible. And that rose up in me - that was faith.

When I began to pray the second time, I commanded it to leave, because I knew I had the backing of the Lord. And that time, she was completely healed. All signs of the pain she was experiencing completely left her body, and the young men were speechless.

I say this to say to you that you have to stay the course and let the Lord give you the strengthening in your heart that you need in order to follow through and make the impossible possible.

Psalm 27:14

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord

This is your time for breakthrough, and you have to maintain your composure.

Application: Make up your mind to stubbornly follow through and trust God. Listen, your patience is going to cause you to acquire everything that you need according to James 1, and your follow-through is going to ensure that you make it to your expected destination.

4. The Lord Is Bringing You Into Green Pastures

This is a familiar excerpt from Psalm 23. In this Psalm, the Psalmist David highlights to us a salient truth: He makes us lie down in green pastures.

Psalm 23:2
“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.”

What are green pastures? Green pastures are provision. Green pastures are opportunities. Green pastures are authority. Green pastures are sustenance in a world that leaves you hungry, proverbially and at times literally so.

Following through and going where the Lord leads you is going to bring you to your expected end - a place of prosperity and blessing where you are able to fully realize and actualize, (taking from the work of Abraham Maslow) the plan that God gave you for your life, so that you can be a blessing to fellow believers and non-believers in this world.

Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

5. Set Your Face Like a Flint

Isaiah talks about this. We know that the Lord Jesus Himself walked with this kind of determination.

Isaiah 50:7 (KJV)
“For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.”

As the Scripture instructs, you are to set your face like a flint and know that you shall not be ashamed.

Application: Make a list today of all the things that you know you're supposed to be doing, but are avoiding. Set aside on paper the time that you think would be needed for their completion. Lastly, set out to do everything you put on that list in your day.

Follow through and recover all for this is indeed the word of the Lord to you in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Amen.
